Meet the Expert

He was the first ETF Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, where he served as the Global Head of Quantitative Solutions, Chair of the Index Committee, and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Janus Henderson Foundation. Dr. Weiner is an alumnus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Business School, and Oxford University, and he is the Founder of Veterans on Wall Street.
