━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN
ANY OXBRIDGE ETF ACADEMY COURSE OR REGISTERING FOR ANY EXAMINATION.
BY COMPLETING ENROLLMENT, SUBMITTING PAYMENT, OR ACCESSING COURSE
MATERIALS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE,
DO NOT ENROLL OR ACCESS THE COURSE.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding
contract between you ("Candidate," "you," or "your") and Oxbridge, LLC,
a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as Oxbridge ETF
Academy ("Oxbridge," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your enrollment
in any course, program, or credential offered by Oxbridge ETF Academy
(collectively, the "Program"). Where you are enrolled specifically in
the CETFPM® course and credential program, the additional terms
applicable to that program apply as described herein.
By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and
have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are
enrolling on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that
you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
2.1 Courses Generally. Oxbridge ETF Academy offers online, self-paced
educational courses ("Course" or "Courses") delivered through the
Oxbridge ETF Academy learning platform at learn.oxbridgeetfacademy.com.
Each Course consists of modules covering subject matter specific to
that Course. The description, content, and scope of each Course is
as set forth on the applicable Course enrollment page at the time of
enrollment.
2.1(a) CETFPM® Course. The Certified ETF Portfolio Manager (CETFPM®)
course consists of twenty-one (21) modules covering ETF portfolio
management and is specifically designed to prepare candidates for the
CETFPM® examination. Enrollment in the CETFPM® course is subject to
all general terms in this Agreement as well as the CETFPM®-specific
provisions set forth in Sections 2.2, 2.3, 7, and 8.
2.2 Examinations. Where a Course includes a proctored examination
("Exam"), the Exam is administered through a third-party remote
proctoring platform. Exam access is granted only upon completion of
all required Course modules. Examinations are governed by the policies
set forth in the applicable Candidate Handbook for that program, which
is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2.2(a) CETFPM® Examination. The CETFPM® examination consists of
75 multiple-choice questions administered in 90 minutes. It is
governed specifically by the CETFPM® Candidate Handbook available
at oxbridgeetfacademy.com.
2.3 Credentials. Where a Course is associated with a professional
credential program, candidates who achieve the applicable passing
standard on the Exam are awarded the corresponding designation.
Credentials are subject to renewal requirements as described in the
applicable Candidate Handbook.
2.3(a) CETFPM® Credential. Candidates who achieve the passing
standard on the CETFPM® examination are awarded the Certified ETF
Portfolio Manager (CETFPM®) designation. The CETFPM® designation is
a registered trademark of Oxbridge, LLC and is subject to the renewal
and maintenance requirements described in the CETFPM® Candidate
Handbook.
2.4 Modifications. Oxbridge reserves the right to modify, update, or
discontinue any aspect of any Course, Exam, or credential program at
any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled candidates
with reasonable advance notice. Your continued participation following
notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
3. ENROLLMENT AND ACCOUNT
3.1 Account Creation. To enroll in the Program, you must create an
account on the Oxbridge ETF Academy e-learning platform. You agree to provide
accurate, complete, and current information and to update your
information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that
occurs under your account. You agree to notify Oxbridge immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized
use of your account. Oxbridge is not liable for any loss or damage
arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 One Account Per Candidate. Each enrollment is for a single
individual. You may not share your account, login credentials, or access to
any Course with any other person. Sharing account access is grounds
for immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
3.4 Accurate Identity. The name you provide at enrollment must match the government-issued
identification you present at the time of any proctored Exam. Discrepancies may result in disqualification from the Exam without refund.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Enrollment Fee. The enrollment fee for each Course or Program is as listed on the
Oxbridge ETF Academy website at the time of enrollment. Where a
Course includes a proctored examination, the enrollment fee includes
one (1) Exam sitting unless otherwise stated on the enrollment page. All fees are
stated in U.S. dollars. The enrollment fee reflects, in part, the candidate's credential display obligations under Section 8.6.
4.2 Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.
Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been received and
processed. Oxbridge uses a third-party payment processor; by
submitting payment, you also agree to that processor's terms of
service.
4.3 Retake Fees. Where applicable, each Exam retake requires payment of a separate
retake fee as listed on the website at the time of the retake. Retake fees are due in full
before a retake examination is scheduled. Retake fees are subject to
the same no-refund policy as enrollment fees.
4.4 Renewal Fees. Credential renewal requires payment of a renewal
fee as listed on the website at the time of renewal. Renewal fees are
non-refundable once the renewal review process has commenced.
4.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes,
duties, or levies arising from your enrollment or credential
activities. Oxbridge does not collect sales tax except where required
by law.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL FEES PAID TO OXBRIDGE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This includes, without limitation:
(a) Enrollment fees, whether or not you have begun or completed the
Course;
(b) Exam fees, whether or not you have scheduled, attempted, or
completed the Exam;
(c) Retake fees, whether or not a retake Exam has been attempted;
(d) Renewal fees, whether or not renewal has been approved.
No refund will be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with course
content, failure to pass the Exam, changes in personal or professional
circumstances, technical issues with the candidate's own equipment,
or any other reason.
In the event of a documented technical failure caused solely by
Oxbridge's platform or the proctoring vendor's platform during an
Exam session, Oxbridge's sole obligation is to provide a complimentary
rescheduled Exam sitting. This is not a refund and does not entitle
the candidate to any monetary compensation.
6. COURSE ACCESS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Limited License. Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, Oxbridge grants you a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access and use the applicable Course materials solely for your own
personal educational purposes in connection with the Course for which
you are enrolled.
6.2 Restrictions. You may not, directly or indirectly:
(a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any
Course materials in any form or by any means;
(b) Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer access to
the Course or any portion thereof;
(c) Create derivative works based on Course materials;
(d) Use Course materials for commercial purposes, including training
third parties;
(e) Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to
access or extract Course content;
(f) Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other
proprietary notices contained in Course materials.
6.3 Ownership. All Course content, including but not limited to text, video,
graphics, assessments, and all examinations (including without
limitation the CETFPM® examination), is the exclusive property of
Oxbridge, LLC or its licensors and is protected
by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership
interest to you.
6.4 Trademarks. CETFPM® and all other Oxbridge ETF Academy
designation names and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks
of Oxbridge, LLC. You may use any Oxbridge-issued designation only
while your credential for that program is in active status and only
in accordance with Oxbridge's trademark usage guidelines. Upon
expiration, revocation, or lapse of any credential, you must
immediately cease all use of the corresponding designation.
6.5 Liquidated Damages for Intellectual Property Violations. You
acknowledge that the Course materials constitute confidential,
proprietary content of Oxbridge, LLC, that the actual damages
resulting from unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Course
content are difficult or impossible to calculate precisely, and that
the following liquidated damages amount is a reasonable estimate of
the harm Oxbridge would suffer — not a penalty. Accordingly, if you
reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make
available any Course content to any third party in violation of
Section 6.2 — in any form and through any medium — you agree to pay
Oxbridge, LLC liquidated damages of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($25,000) per violation. Each discrete act of unauthorized
distribution to a separate recipient or on a separate occasion
constitutes a separate violation. This provision does not limit
Oxbridge's right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages under
applicable copyright or trademark law, or any other remedy available
at law or in equity.
6.7 Access Duration. Course access is provided for the period
stated on the applicable enrollment page, or twelve (12) months
from the date of enrollment if no period is stated, or until any
associated credential is awarded, whichever comes first. Oxbridge reserves the
right to extend or modify access periods in its sole discretion.
7. EXAMINATION POLICIES AND ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
7.1 Candidate Handbook. Your participation in any Exam is governed by the applicable
Candidate Handbook for that program, available at
oxbridgeetfacademy.com and incorporated into this Agreement by
reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and an
applicable Candidate Handbook on examination-related matters, the
Candidate Handbook governs. For CETFPM® candidates, the governing
document is the CETFPM® Candidate Handbook.
7.2 Academic Integrity. You agree to abide by the highest standards
of academic integrity in connection with the Exam. You specifically
agree that you will not:
(a) Use any unauthorized materials, devices, or resources during
the Exam;
(b) Communicate with any other person during the Exam;
(c) Allow any other person to take the Exam on your behalf;
(d) Record, reproduce, or disclose Exam content in any form;
(e) Attempt to access Exam content before your scheduled session;
(f) Engage in any conduct that compromises the integrity of the
examination process.
7.3 Consequences of Violation. A confirmed violation of the academic
integrity policy will result in: (a) immediate invalidation of the
examination result; (b) forfeiture of all fees paid; (c) permanent
disqualification from future CETFPM® examination attempts; and (d)
where appropriate, notification of relevant regulatory or professional
bodies. Oxbridge's determination of a violation is final.
7.4 Liquidated Damages for Exam Content Disclosure. You acknowledge
that the CETFPM® examination questions, answer choices, and scoring
methodology constitute confidential, proprietary information of
Oxbridge, LLC, that the actual damages resulting from unauthorized
disclosure of Exam content are difficult or impossible to calculate
precisely, and that the following liquidated damages amount is a
reasonable estimate of the harm Oxbridge would suffer from such
disclosure — not a penalty. Accordingly, if you disclose, reproduce, transmit, publish, sell, or otherwise
communicate any question, answer choice, or content from any
Oxbridge ETF Academy examination (including without limitation the
CETFPM® examination) to any third party — in any form and
through any medium, including but not limited to verbal communication,
written notes, social media, online forums, study groups, or any
commercial test preparation service — you agree to pay Oxbridge, LLC
liquidated damages of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000) per
violation. Each discrete act of disclosure to a separate recipient or
on a separate occasion constitutes a separate violation. This
liquidated damages provision does not limit Oxbridge's right to also
seek injunctive relief, statutory damages under applicable copyright
law, or any other remedy available at law or in equity.
7.4 Proctoring Consent. By scheduling the Exam, you consent to being
monitored via webcam and screen recording during the Exam session, to
the collection and review of session recordings by Oxbridge and its
proctoring vendor, and to the use of AI-assisted monitoring tools.
Session recordings may be retained for a period of up to twelve (12)
months following the Exam date.
8. CREDENTIAL PROGRAM TERMS
8.1 Award of Credential. The CETFPM® credential is awarded solely on
the basis of achieving the published passing standard on the Exam. No
other basis for credential award exists. Oxbridge makes no guarantee
that enrollment in the Course will result in passing the Exam or
receiving the credential.
8.2 Renewal Obligation. It is your sole responsibility to track your
credential expiration date and to complete renewal requirements before
expiration. Oxbridge will make reasonable efforts to send renewal
reminders but is not responsible for any failure to renew resulting
from a failure to receive reminders.
8.3 Revocation. Oxbridge reserves the right to revoke any credential it has issued,
including without limitation the CETFPM® designation, at any time for: (a) confirmed violation of the Code of
Ethics; (b) confirmed academic dishonesty in connection with the Exam;
(c) conviction of a securities-related offense; (d) material
misrepresentation of the credential or its scope; or (e) any other
conduct that, in Oxbridge's reasonable judgment, is incompatible with
holding the designation. No refund is issued upon revocation.
8.4 Public Registry. By earning any Oxbridge ETF Academy credential, you consent to
the publication of your name, credential ID, credential status,
issue date, and expiration date in Oxbridge's public credential
verification registry. This information will remain in the registry
in expired or revoked status following lapse or revocation.
8.5 Employer Reimbursement. Oxbridge will provide documentation
reasonably necessary to support an employer reimbursement request,
including an invoice and credential specification sheet. Oxbridge
makes no representation that your employer will approve reimbursement
and is not responsible if reimbursement is denied.
8.6 Display of Credential on LinkedIn.
(a) Requirement. If you maintain a LinkedIn profile at the time your credential is awarded, you agree, within thirty (30) days of the award, to add the credential to the "Licenses & Certifications" section of your LinkedIn profile using the digital badge and verification link issued to you through Oxbridge's digital credential platform, and to keep it displayed for as long as the credential remains in active status. You are not required to create a LinkedIn account to satisfy this Section.
(b) Consideration. You acknowledge that Oxbridge's program pricing reflects the professional visibility and recognition of the designation that results from credential holders publicly displaying their credentials, and that your agreement to this Section forms part of the consideration for the fees you pay under Section 4.
(c) Scope. This obligation is limited to displaying the credential's factual information: the designation name, issuing organization, issue date, credential ID, and verification link. Nothing in this Section requires you to post commentary, reviews, testimonials, or any statement about Oxbridge or the Program.
(d) Exceptions. This Section does not apply where displaying the credential would conflict with your employer's policies, applicable regulatory obligations, or applicable law, or where you have a reasonable personal safety or privacy concern. In those cases, please notify Oxbridge through the Contact form.
(e) Removal. Upon expiration, revocation, or lapse of your credential, you must remove it from your LinkedIn profile in accordance with Section 6.4.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
9.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes. OXBRIDGE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR
WARRANTY THAT COMPLETION OF THE COURSE WILL RESULT IN PASSING THE
EXAM, THAT THE CREDENTIAL WILL BE RECOGNIZED BY ANY EMPLOYER,
REGULATOR, OR PROFESSIONAL BODY, OR THAT THE CREDENTIAL WILL PRODUCE
ANY PARTICULAR PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL OUTCOME. THE PROGRAM IS
PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
9.2 No Investment Advice. Nothing in the Course constitutes investment
advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Course content
is provided for educational purposes only. Candidates should consult
qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.
9.3 Not a Regulatory License. All Oxbridge ETF Academy credentials, including the CETFPM®
designation, are professional education credentials. It does not constitute a license, registration,
or regulatory approval of any kind and does not satisfy any licensing
requirement imposed by FINRA, the SEC, state securities regulators,
or any other regulatory body.
9.4 Disclaimer of Warranties. THE COURSE, EXAM, AND ALL RELATED
MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OXBRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT
THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF
VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.5 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OXBRIDGE, LLC, ITS MEMBERS,
MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ENROLLMENT, USE OF THE COURSE, OR PARTICIPATION
IN THE CREDENTIAL PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
9.6 Cap on Damages. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, OXBRIDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING
OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE COURSE, THE EXAM, OR THE
CREDENTIAL PROGRAM — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR
OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OXBRIDGE
FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION IS A FUNDAMENTAL
ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND OXBRIDGE.
9.7 Essential Basis. You acknowledge that the disclaimers and
limitations of liability in this Section reflect a reasonable
allocation of risk and are an essential basis of the Agreement between
the parties. Oxbridge would not offer the Program at the stated price
without these limitations.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oxbridge, LLC and
its members, managers, employees, agents, and licensors from and
against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) your use of the Course or participation in the credential program;
(b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any
applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of the rights of any
third party; or (e) any misrepresentation you make regarding the
CETFPM® credential or its scope.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
11.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact Oxbridge
through the Contact form on the Oxbridge ETF Academy website at
oxbridgeetfacademy.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Oxbridge will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within
thirty (30) days of receiving your submission.
11.2 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute,
claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement,
the Course, the Exam, the credential program, or the breach,
termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof
(collectively, "Disputes") shall be finally resolved by binding
arbitration, except as modified by this Agreement. The
arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The seat of
arbitration shall be Fairfield County, Connecticut. The arbitration
shall be conducted in English.
11.3 Arbitrator Authority. The arbitrator shall have exclusive
authority to resolve any Dispute, including any claim that all or any
part of this Agreement is void or voidable. The arbitrator's award
shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any
court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the arbitrator shall have no authority to modify, limit, or void the limitations of liability set forth in Sections 9.6 and 11.6 of this Agreement. The parties agree that these Sections reflect a fundamental, bargained-for allocation of risk that is not subject to arbitral modification, and that any award inconsistent with Section 9.6 or 11.6 shall be subject to vacatur in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11.4 Waiver of Class Actions. YOU AND OXBRIDGE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT
TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION,
CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL DISPUTES MUST
BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR
CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
11.5 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may
seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of
competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including but not
limited to misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized disclosure
of confidential information. Such a filing shall not constitute a
waiver of the obligation to arbitrate.
11.6 Damages Cap in Arbitration. In any arbitration, the arbitrator's
authority to award damages is limited to the amount you paid Oxbridge
for your enrollment. The arbitrator may not award punitive damages,
consequential damages, or any other form of damages not expressly
permitted by this Agreement.
11.7 Governing Law. This Agreement and any Dispute shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. PRIVACY AND DATA
12.1 Data Collection. Oxbridge collects personal information you
provide during enrollment and Exam registration, including your name,
email address, payment information, and government-issued ID
presented for identity verification. Oxbridge also collects usage
data related to your progress through the Course and Exam
performance data.
12.2 Use of Data. Oxbridge uses your personal information to
administer the Program, communicate with you regarding your
enrollment and credential, issue and maintain your credential record,
and improve the Course and credential program. Oxbridge does not sell
your personal information to third parties.
12.3 Third-Party Processors. Oxbridge shares your personal
information with third-party service providers necessary to administer
the Program, including the learning platform provider, payment
processor, proctoring vendor, and digital credential platform
(Certifier.io). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your
information and use it only for the purposes of providing their
services to Oxbridge.
12.4 Public Registry. As described in Section 8.4, certain credential
information is published in Oxbridge's public verification registry.
This publication is a condition of holding the credential and cannot
be opted out of.
12.5 Retention. Oxbridge retains your enrollment and credential
records for a minimum of seven (7) years following the expiration or
termination of your credential. Examination session recordings are
retained for up to twelve (12) months following the Exam date.
12.6 Access and Correction. You may request access to or correction of your personal
information by submitting a request through the Contact form on
the Oxbridge ETF Academy website.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the CETFPM®
Candidate Handbook and any additional policies incorporated by
reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oxbridge
with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements,
representations, and understandings relating to its subject matter.
13.2 Amendments. Oxbridge reserves the right to amend these Terms at
any time. Amended Terms will be posted at oxbridgeetfacademy.com with
an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated
to enrolled candidates by email with at least thirty (30) days'
notice before taking effect. Your continued enrollment or use of the
Course following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your
acceptance of the amended Terms.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified
to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver. No failure or delay by Oxbridge to exercise any right
or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that
right or remedy. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing
and signed by an authorized representative of Oxbridge.
13.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights
or obligations under this Agreement without Oxbridge's prior written
consent. Oxbridge may assign this Agreement freely, including in
connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially
all of its assets.
13.6 Force Majeure. Oxbridge shall not be liable for any failure or
delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable
control, including acts of God, pandemic, governmental action, internet
or platform outages, or actions of third-party proctoring vendors.
13.7 No Waiver of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights
you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be
waived by contract.
13.8 Contact. All notices and communications to Oxbridge under this Agreement
must be submitted through the Contact form on the Oxbridge ETF
Academy website at oxbridgeetfacademy.com. Oxbridge does not accept
notices by email, postal mail, or any other channel. A submission
through the website Contact form constitutes valid written notice
for all purposes under this Agreement.
13.9 Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and shall
not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
